FAD 成立於2006年，大家於一個樂隊比賽中認識。經過多次重組，FAD 的成員現有Sky (主唱及結他)、Sammy (結他)、Carina (低音結他)、Shireen (鍵琴及和唱) 和 Baller (鼓)。
我們的音樂沒有實質定義，或多或少受英倫音樂啟蒙，大家亦會被不同國家、不同風格的音樂影響，給予創作新元素及衝擊，為音樂帶來全新體驗。
雖然白天工作辛勞，但仍想趁年輕時追求小小夢想，到自己老了，可以自豪地向孫兒細訴當年經歷，鼓勵他們勇敢向夢想進發。
我們希望可繼續做喜歡的事，希望多走一步，可以多啟發一人。
我們愛感覺，愛感覺音樂，愛感覺生活。

FAD is formed since 2006, and the members known each other in a band competition. After a few reform, Fad is now a combination of vocalist Sky, guitarist Sammy, bassist Carina, keyboardist Shireen and drummer Baller.
Our music has no concrete definition, but we are somehow influenced by British music. Each of us were influenced by a variety of music styles, including music from Hong Kong Indie, China, Taiwan, Japan, and UK etc., which brings some special chemistry in our music.
We are just ordinary youth, work like an ant in daytime, and chase for our dream at night. Time flies, we will soon ain㦙 youth anymore, and we hope to do something we would proud of when we look back as grandma and grandpa.
We love to feel, feel the music, and feel the life. Work hard, and play hard.
