Biography

HELIUM3 formerly known as Skindeep is one of Hong Kong’s premier bands. They are an experienced 4-piece power pop/rock group. Their original material has been described as meaty rock with a fresh, distinctly British feel to it and a clear 80’s influence making a sound that is right here in today’s music spotlight. All members have been in the HK music scene for more than 10 years. They are unique in that every band member can sing and play more than one instrument. This gives the band greater flexibility to play a wide range of styles of music but they always ensure that the songs are catchy, accessible and entertaining. Building on their success achieved at the World Battle of the Bands ’07 (where as Skindeep they placed in the top three), the boys have now finished the album now available in Hong Kong at HMV & HK Records.
